In the case of a same-day cancellation or a no-call no-show, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will not be able to book an appointment without paying for services in Full plus cancellation fee of $50.
If you bring children or pets to the studio you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another date. This will also fall under our same-day cancellation policy.
If you’d like to reschedule your appointment for another date, it will require another booking deposit.
ANY UNFINISHED WORK THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL MUST Book a date to COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN 10days(you Have 10 days to schedule a new date to finish)..OTHERWISE YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE VOID..AND A FEE(at the artist discretion) WILL BE CHARGED TO FINISH. CANCELLATION POLICY THEN APPLIES.
